What I did to create these artworks was hat I would use one of the componential rules and look for something that emulates it. Then I take a series of photos of the compositional rule that I'm using and take photos from different angles of the object. In photoshop we sized the picture 14" by 11" and then you start to create your image with 6 other photos. You can overlap them to make them look cool and connect with the rest of the photo. When you're done you can see multiple photos that if you weren't doing this project it would only take one photo to do it but by doing this it takes multiple photos to create one photo. Aftyer that you save as a photoshop just in case you need to fix something, then you merge the visible and save as a jpg and put both photos in the common drive.

1.I just like the style of Time Magazine and m,y pose match that of their magazines. I just like their style for their covers.
2.I emulated the pose and the black and white. Also the white background and the red lines. 3.I used different fonts and colors because thats what the other Time magazines did. 4.My setup was a gray blanket thing, a calumet Nova 32. Tori took the picture for me all I did was pose. 5. A strobe light is a light you hook up to your camera and every time it takes a photograph it flashes. You would use a strobe light to brighten the subject of the photo and you would use it by hooking up your camera with a cord to the strobe light. 6. Modeling light is a continuous light source while taking a photo. The purpose of this is to show the photographer how the lights are going to play against the other lights and where the shadows will fall. 7.A soft light diffuses light into soft, even light. It is used as a light modifier. 8. A reflector is a circular object that has reflecting surface. You use a reflector to direct light onto the subject. 9.A grey card is a card with 3 different trips of grey. Its purpose is to help produce consistent image exposure. 10. A radio trigger system is attached to the strobe light. It helps you Bluetooth and hook up your camera to it. Nicholas Hadjis
Mrs. Moncure Rancho Buena Vista High School 5/2/2017 Shrek Swamp I named my photo Shrek‘s Swamp because it looks like a swamp and Shrek is my favorite Disney movie. The photo was taken at the duck pond. The compositional rule I used was symmetrical balance. We used the Nikon D5300/18-140 mm lens camera. All I used to make this photo was a tripod and the camera that’s it. My photo falls in with the color photography division because it has lots of color that pops out and it was taken at the duck pond. Epson Glossy Photo Paper on the Epson P800 digital printer. |
