Cyanotype
It was invented in 1842, following the invention of the Daguerreotype. Scientist and astronomer Sir John Herschel was the inventor of the Cyanotype. The chemicals used in a cyanotype were potassium and ferric ammonium citrate. It was based from salts that presented a blue and white photograph. Sometimes, it can be referred to as a blueprint. Lots of people did use cyanotypes back in the 1800s as well as the 1900s .
How did I make this?
1.I was handed a small paper with a yellow substance on it.
2.I then had to dry it
3.Then you get a picture, letters or other things for your art work.
4.Then we put the picture on this wood slab with fiber glass on top of it and put it in the sun for 6 minutes.
5.Then you take your photo out and put it in a bin with water and some hydrogen proxide .
6.After a few minutes you take it out and you have a cyanotype.
Mine did not come out the best but if you look at the picture you will see someone else's and that is what it should look like.

Daguerreotype
*Louis-Jacques-Mande Daguerre invented the daguerreotype in 1839.
*A Daguerreotype is the first ever commercially successful photograph process; each image is produced on a silvered copper plate. *You must use silver, iodine, light, and UV to produce the photograph.
*Some equipment needed to make a Daguerreotype are a box for treatment with mercury vapor, a tripod, boxes for fuming with iodine and bromine, a soft buckskin pad used for buffing the plates, and some silvered copper plates.
Camera Obscura
Camera obscura is a dark room which has a small hole where light can come through and make a type of image. It helps artist pain a certain picture.Cause the more the camera obscure was used the more it was upgraded to do more.Lens, light, small hole in dark room.
Each picture is different, the first one is more focused on the first box while the second picture is more focused on the first two boxes and the third picture is focused on all 3.Each picture is different if you look at the first one you can see the first box clearly but after that the other boxes and part of the table is not in focused. Its the same thing for the sec on one you can see two of the boxes clearly but the last one is not in focused. The third picture everything is focused. Changing aperture changes the depth of field. The bigger the number the smaller the aperture. You want people to read your image.
